Impronta is offering free samples of Jamon Pata Negra on the sidewalk just outside their door! A Spanish delicatessen! This special ham comes from Spanish pigs, but not just any Spanish pigs. These pigs are fed only on acorns. Their meet then spends in-between 24 to 48 hours curing.
